Warehouse Inventory Associate
Maintain accurate inventory records, support inbound/outbound operations, and ensure warehouse standards are met.
Role Overview
Join our warehousing team to help keep inventory accurate and operations efficient. You will assist with receiving, put-away, picking, and cycle counting.
You will work with basic inventory tools and collaborate with operations to ensure shipments are staged correctly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Support receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and staging activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
- Update inventory movements using handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and process issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with warehouse standards.
Qualifications
- Warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations experience is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Comfortable with basic inventory tools (scanners, spreadsheets) and following standard procedures.
- Physically able to handle routine warehouse tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded with a consistent focus on quality.
- Available to work on-site in Manila on a part-time schedule.
